The University of Florida community is committed to leading with integrity and distinction in all of our endeavors. Excellence requires continuous improvement, accountability, and the courage to recognize that there is always more we can do to deliver the highest quality performance. UF Compliance and Ethics is committed to embedding the UF Core Values in the oversight, coordination and guidance efforts led by our office.
To lay out a framework on how to utilize the UF Core Values and in a collaborative effort with other areas, we developed the Integrity Toolbox not only to provide information related to ethics across the university community but also to share some tools that may be useful when dealing with ethical decisions.
Whether in person or virtually, members of the UFCE are able to attend orientations, leadership teams or individual sessions to talk about any general or specific compliance questions you might have.
UF staff and faculty can also join us for regularly scheduled virtual office hours.

At least once a quarter, UFCE will host a virtual webinar featuring one or more offices with key compliance or ethics responsibilities at UF. These offices will describe their efforts and explain how you can do you part help!
Webinars finish up with a Q&A session, so be sure to clarify any burning questions you have.

Being a person of integrity often takes courage, practice and the support and wisdom of others. My hope is that the UF Core Values help to provide that support and wisdom by plainly defining six overarching values that we all share in common at UF. I hope the UF Core Values will serve as guides and driving forces for our personal and collective efforts to do the right thing and say the right thing, even when it may be challenging.
-Dr. W. Kent FuchsProfessor and Former UF President
Integrity is finding conviction in your inner voice and having the courage to do what you know is right no matter the circumstance. UF’s Core Values provide a wonderful framework that can be applied in ethical decision making for all UF community members.
-Kate MooreInterim Chief Compliance Officer
Integrity to me is consistently doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons. Integrity also requires staying true to your core values and principles consistently to guide your decision making and actions.
